The charter department is responsible for finding tailored solutions for the charter needs of the Company’s clients. You will work in a very competitive market where efficiency is a number one priority.

 

Your duties will be to:

  • prospect and acquire new charter clients, mainly for Monaco and its region
  • strengthen long term relationships by developing repeat business with charter clients
  • find the best opportunities on the charter market for the Company’s clients
  • negotiate with third parties
  • organize, follow up the clients’ flights while ensuring the best quality of service & operations
  • liaise with the different stakeholders
  • coordinate additional services

Customer Flight Support Officer
Job Description

The Customer Flight Support department (CFS) is responsible for the planning and the coordination of the Company’s flights worldwide. You will work in close connection with internal operational and non-operational departments as well as external suppliers to coordinate all necessary frameworks in order to deliver an optimal service to our clients.

 

 

Your duties will be to:

 

Communicate and coordinate flights with customers and Company’s departments

Liaise with different suppliers for any additional services linked to flights such as limousine, helicopter or other services

Develop and make decisions of short-term alternatives according to frameworks and company’s procedures

Evaluate and anticipate the economical and operational aspects

Monitor all relevant processes

Work in shifts (including weekends and nights)

Knowledge

Service and customer oriented, preferably with previous experience in the Luxury industry from a customer service perspective.

Solution-oriented, you are able to prioritize and work in a team

Excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy

Very good communication skills

Able to cope with heavy workload

Yourself

Requirements

A previous experience in business aviation would be advantageous

Excellent English skills both written and spoken. French is an asset as well as other languages.

Good IT skills (MS Office, web and relational database systems)

 

You are Swiss, EU national or under benefit of a Swiss resident permit. You are computer literate. Furthermore, you are meticulous with a distinctive team spirit, flexible and have excellent social skills. You are willing to work on a shift base, including nights and weekends. You have a very good grasp, a quick and precise approach to work and are able to work under pressure, you are a reliable and flexible person.

For our Company of Business Aviation based in Geneva, we are looking for experienced

Flight Dispatchers
Job Description

The Operations Control Centre is at the heart of the company and ensures that all flights are conducted according to the highest standards of operational quality. Flight Dispatchers play a key role in this process by guaranteeing tailored operations for aircraft flying worldwide.

 

Your duties are the:

  • Tactical overview of all flights operated by Global Jet
  • Performance flight feasibility and route studies
  • Worldwide flight planning, including ETOPS and ultra-long-range flights
  • Preparation of flight documentation
  • Flight watch and ATC slot monitoring
  • Consistently performance all tasks and duties with the customer’s satisfaction in mind
  • Active support to the company safety culture and program
Knowledge
  • A minimum of 2 years Flight Dispatch experience, preferably in business aviation
  • In depth knowledge of regulations and dispatch requirements
  • Firm knowledge of Weather & NOTAM
  • Sound experience in world-wide flight planning
  • Good knowledge of aircraft performance and operating limitations
  • Preferable experience with Jeppesen JetPlanner, PPS or any equivalent flight planning software
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language is an advantage
